• Served as Chief Financial Officer for a commercial fire alarm and security company dealing in high-rise buildings.
• Increased collection revenues by 300% by restructuring the legal division in a company as well as by developing new policies, procedures and processes.
• Began, owned and operated a chain of five rent-to-own stores that employed 25 staff and had annual revenues in excess of $1.5 million.
• Supervised all operational and fiscal activities for a business chain of 17 retail service centers throughout Texas that serviced electronic components, appliances, and HVAC services, averaging over 50,000 service calls per year.
• Managed and provided all oversight of the enforcement investigation division of a collections agency that specialized in the collection of past due child support.
